Bryan Graham started Fruition, his small bean to bar chocolate company, in upstate New York in 2011. Graham creates everything from scratch, buying fair trade cacao beans, making the raw chocolate and then fashioning it into bars and bon bons. He is now trying to grow the business without losing the quality and personality that defined it in the first place. Carole looks at how Fruition is handling the delicate balance of scaling up without striking out.
